Hello everyone,
In these days, I have a lot of worries about how to work well.
I want to have better performance at work. but I'm entry level worker in my department.
Need our members know-how to get fit in my work.
Please share your idea about below questions.
1. What is a good worker? And What do you do be that kind of person?
- For me, I think good worker is who has enough ability to do in their filed.
actually there are many things which I've considered like personality, responsibility, attitude, ability etc.
But Based on my experience, If you have good ability to do your task, It could be ok as good worker.
I can't say it is good for leader but worker.
If you have excellent performance at your work, then your boss will respect your opinion and believe in you.
And I think there are common between good workers.
that is they have their own way to do work.
For instance, there are good worker who always bring note to write down whatever from boss.
and some system to organize work process in their own ways.
2. Suppose you worked for a company for about 7 years, what kind of person would you like to hire as a subordinate?
- I assume that If candidate have same ability to do work, attitude is the most important part to be subordinate.
attitude has many of meaning. it reflect personailty and responsibility.
For example, I had good cowoker who has good attitude which means good personaility and responsbility.
he worked like working in his own company even he was really positive to do work.
this attitude was contagious. me and other coworkers got effected by him.
so we can enjoy work together at least.
So this is why I think that attitude is the most important part to be coworker and subordinate.
3. When you've been in group in your life so far, what role did you usually play? What was the meaning of that role?
- I guess that when I was in any group, I was advisor to share my idea to leader.
when I took personality test(MBTI), I'm Introvert person so that It is burden standing in front of many people.
but when I was with our team members, I could freely escalate my opinion even though that is negative opinion.
because my team members are ready to listen to me even that is difficult to accept.
but these advice or opinion is really important to change perspective of problem so that we can find other ways to solve problem.
