Human beings like to sit when they are standing, and like to lie when they are sitting, I think human being prefer comfortable things and familiar situations. However, we have to take a time and make a challenge if you want to improve your sills.
There are questions for you guys.
1. What kind of areas do you want to improve?
- I'm a one of greedy person. So I have many things which want to improve any skills.
It could be language, work skill, work experience, Jiu-jitsu, speaking skill, investment, relationship with people etc.
Recently, one of things which I really want to improve is language.
As everyone know, language is a magic to connect to other culture and mind so that you can make friends in other country and experience totally different customs.
I'm still curious about many countries.
In my past, I thought that American culture is global culture even It is enough culture to understand globalization.
However, Since I turn over 30s, there are also independent and unique culture in each country compare to American culture.
sometimes I thought some of new culture which I just learned is better than what I've known during my entire life and I want to truly feel their culture by language.
2. What is the obstacles for your effort? It would be smartphones, lack of will, mind, whatever.
- I always study How I have consistency to get to my goal.
I'm still struggling to find answer but I still can't find it.
I assume that if I want to get rid of my obstacles on my way, I should select my goals and focus on selected goals,
As I told you, I'm greedy person so that I always have many goals even I can't start it yet.
And I tried to make priority of my goals. but it changes everytime.
in recent, I can't make right priority in my life. It's so hard to organize it.
Also too much worries always make me not to start my goal.
caution and prevention could be better strategy than just do it.
on the other hand, If you have over thinking of worries so that you can't do anything.
I think fear is mind-killer to start new things for your goal.
I should try make situation that I face my fear and overcome that.
3. Do you have any strategies or mindset in course of improving your areas?
- In my case, most important thing to improve your thing is start.
So before I start soemthing, I always take a shower to refresh my mind.
I don't know whether this way is working for everyone. However after you take a shower, you could think that this is turing point to do what I have to do now.
It is like trigger for mindset rightbefore you start something.
