When the Earth's average temperature rapibly reaches a tipping point, irreversible global warmning occurs.

while there is awareness of this risk, there is a tendency to prioritize immediate economic realities.

Advanced nations have heavily relied on petroleum energy to achieve significant development.

However, the issue lies with developing countries. They have yet to achieve sufficient progress and have not extensively utilized petroleum. Establishing eco-friendly infrastructure in these regions may pose significant challenges.

In such circumstances, doubts arise about whether imposing carbon taxes on developing countries is a fair measure.

Here's my Question

1. What do you think of the current global warming of the earth?

As I know, recently we call this situation is Global boiling not just global warming. becuase many scientist and experts said you reached out tipping point. So the U.N officialy announced it is global boiling era.

I think that is true and it is big problem. however I assume that human can overcome this situation too.

I know there is no specific answer now. but when I read many S.F novel, human always survive in bad situation with their knowledge and experience.

I can't say that is perfect condition to overcome this global boiling. but I can say we are survived by any measure.

2. Should there be a global carbon tax to address climate change?

I think It is essential to procrastinate climate change. In video, It always said there is efficency to reduce consuming fossil fuel even It is good for economic with British columbia example.

So I agree with this efficency. company whcih makes many commdity consume too much fossil fuel to create their profit. but carbon tax will be tool to break company.

even If government will have carbon tax from wealthy company and distribute money to people who need hand to stand up in society.

That's why I thinks that it is really necessary in these days.

3. Do developing countries also have a duty on carbon taxes?

Of course, they are responsible for carbon taxes. becuase developing countries means they are using many fossil fule and have made many pollution. To stop them, we need tool to manage emitting any bad pollution from company or our neighborhood. I understnad that Advanced countries already devleoped so they are using renewable energy instead of fossil fuel and then they insist they are not using fossill fuel so that they will not pay for any carbon taxes.

This is acutally ridiculous. I insist that they have responsibility to help developing countries to set up using renewable energy even though they need to spend their budget.

I assume that this is blance of current global situation.

4. Lastly, tell us the biggest problem you think about climate change?

Hmmm I will say some of mysterious virus. It sounds really awkward. but recently I read book which is named "Slient Spring". It is about how pesticide works in our world and human.

I watched one video which said if glacier would be melt, then myterious virus will be released from glacier which was sleeping more then 2000 years.

I think this kind of virus could be critical to human being. becuase it's really hard to respond properly and on time like Covid 19.

I can say we will find a way with bad weather condition in someday. but I'm sure that It is difficult to beat down myterious virus to be survived.
