Hello Everyone,
There are bunch of areas that we can try. but It is impossible to do well in all the areas.
So, We choose the specific areas that fit to us.
Here are the questions.
1. Which areas do you have confidence? It could be study, languages, exercises, cooks, stock, whatever.
- Hmm... I can't say I have something really good at it. when I'm self-conscious of myself, I don't really have what I'm really good at. but intead of that, I have many things which I like.
I love speaking English, doing Jiu-Jitsu, reading books even though I'm not really good at it.
I don't have confidence at all but I just enjoy it
I hope I find something which I'm really good at it in someday.
2. To get ability that you mentioned in 1st questions, how do you practice? How much time did you spend?
How often do you do?
- For instance, when I study English, I have one day which I was really proud of myself.
When I was studying English, I always watch Disney animaition right before sleep.
I thought that this training could help me hearing English better.
And one day. one of my roommate said I did sleep talking last night but it was English.
I got really surprised because I nenver had done sleep talking in English before.
So I think I watched Disney animation before sleep for 6 month so that I thought I got better.
3. In course of paracticing your ability, there could be a slump. How do you overocme the slump?
- For me, recently I had kind of slump in exercise.
As you know, I love doing Jiu-Jitsu and I've been doing it for 4 years now.
but after competition in April. I realized I'm not really enough and not skillful than what I expected.
It was really big disappoint to me. and I look back my Jiu-Jitsu journey.
at that time, I just wanted quit doing it because I felt I'm not good at it also I don't want to show I'm bad at this.
like hiding my weakness or avoding from problem.
but also I tried deeply thought and tried change my mind.
from beginning I always thought that I should get better than others and find best way to get better in fast way.
but now I let this thought go from my hands and think I need to find my own way to keep doing it.
so thanks to through this time, now I'm still going to gym to practice to get better.
