Hello everyone.

In these day, we are living with Meritocracy and there are many pros and cons

Please watch below video to understand our topic

So this weekend we will talk about Meritocracy.

Enjoy below questions.

1. What do you think about Meritocracy?

- I think Meritocracy is comtemperary mainstream in these days. we can easily think that Meritocracy is good tool to give fair opportunity to participant who is being in this competitive life.

Right, many people who don't have good base like wealth, good environment, they can make something better through their own talant.

On the other hand this Meritocracy also cause social problem.

for example, I can say there is Discrimination from Meritocracy.

Do you agree that

I deserve being on good position or living wealth life because of my effort and talent, and you don't deserve because you did less effort and talented then me!

As you see it, you can feel that is right. but this tool, Meritocracy give you rightousness to blame people around you who couldn't get what you have because you think that they didn't do their best.

So this tool makes people take granted that it's ok I could blame people. they could think they didn't deserve what I have.

furthermore people who couldn't make something special in their life with their best effort.

they couldn't blame society or environment because Meritocracy say it give you fair opportunity to everyone.

So these people try to find any problem from themselves.

This process also will make many social problem.

To get better this situation, I guess and this video say we need to respect each other. and try to be humble.

even though we made something shiny star through your merit, we need to be humble and respect people

2. What if you would not be able to choose current your life based on your Merit, Do you want to current life? or you want to live life that is already decided.

-Hmm.. I want to live in current life. Actually back in my University, I really want to live the life that is already decided like what have to be, what I have to do.

because at that time, it was really hard to find what I really want to do in my life(still it is my problem btw).

but since I found what I want to do like writing blog. I realized this is opportunity just enjoy what I want without any pressure.

some people might think that we must find only one something to do in my life.

but for me, no I don't think so. now I think that I can't not see 1inch further in front of me.

so I will just go forward with trying what I want. this idea makes me feel better especially I can enjoy my choose in my life.
